calls everyday without leaving a message and when I try to call back is not responding

Kept asking if I had a visa, when I asked him to quit calling he got very rude and said he would if I would tell him about my visa card. would not let me talk to his supervisor.

However, representatives & associates of this caller, ("Andy"), frequently makes contact with our business office in an effort to search for the person who is employed by this firm. The calls are disruptive to our operation. The caller refuses to identify the firm he represents. The laws of this state bans such phone calls. We respectfully ask that someone help us with the identity and address of the agency represented by these calls. Thanks!
